About Me

Hi, I’m Amarii Whilby!

I’m a graphic designer, anthropology graduate student, and licensed optician—a combination that means I look at the world a little differently. My work lives at the intersection of meticulous analytical precision and deep creative storytelling. Whether I’m designing a publication, diving into art history, or mapping out a digital marketing campaign, I’m driven by a desire to translate complex ideas into visuals that truly connect with people.

Beyond design, I’m an artist who loves getting my hands dirty with everything from mold-making to textiles, and a leader who thoroughly enjoys guiding designer cohorts and collaborating with diverse teams. Ultimately, I believe great design has the power to educate, build community, and spark positive change. I’m always looking for new ways to learn, create, and collaborate on projects that make a meaningful impact.
